Description

It contains Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and

optimized buffer. This Supermix is provided at

2× concentration and used at 1× concentration

by adding template, primer, and H₂O. The fidelity ability is 2 times than EasyTaq DNA Polymerase. The PCR product which has an “A” on  3′can be cloned in TA cloning vector if the supermix contains no dye, otherwise the PCR product must be pured.
